[Shinhan] Petrole/Odorless Petrole(Mineral Spirits) Oil Paint Auxiliaries - 55ml, 200ml
A refined solvent obtained from petroleum, Mineral Spirits are used to thin oil colors.
When mixed with oil colors, Mineral Spirits evaporate quickly and give layers of color a mat finish.
They are generally combined with oils such as linseed or poppy oil in painting mediums.
Depending on the technique used, viscosity and density can be adjusted by combining the Mineral Spirits and oil in a ratio between 7:3 and 5:5.
